Frequently asked questions
What can I leave?
Suitcases, wheeled cases, backpacks, travel bags, jackets, coats and closed shopping bags. Each piece counts as one item at the same rate. We store closed bags without opening or inspecting them. Valuables must be inside a closed bag; we do not accept loose items.
Is this an automated locker?
No. Our staff handle drop-off and collection inside the Crysalidas shop.
Can I come without a booking?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to the space available when you arrive.
How many items can I leave?
Up to 10 items per booking. This is not the total capacity of the shop. For larger groups, please ask first so we can confirm availability.
When do I need to collect?
Collect by 14:00 with the €3 rate, or by 20:30 with the €5 rate, per item and within that day’s opening hours.
Can I open my bag during the day?
Yes. You can return to Crysalidas, open your suitcase or backpack and leave it again until your collection deadline, during our opening hours.
What if I collect the next day?
An extra day costs €3 per item for collection by 14:00, or €5 per item for collection by 20:30. Pay the extension when you collect your bags.
Can I change or cancel?
The final policy for changes, cancellations and refunds will be published before online booking is activated, after legal and tax review.
