Purchase terms — English

Crysalidas is the trading name of Jorge Hierro Duclos, at Calle Trajano 52, Local Bajo Derecha, 41002 Seville. Full business details appear in the Legal notice. Contact WhatsApp (messages only) with your order number for assistance.

Check the product, variant, quantity, warnings and price before ordering. Prices are shown in euros; applicable taxes and delivery charges are detailed before confirmation. A basket or QR code does not reserve stock or prove a purchase. Age restrictions apply to products specifically marked as restricted or 18+.

You can choose Pago con tarjeta por WhatsApp, Bizum or Transferencia inmediata. For card payment, confirm your order and select “Open WhatsApp” on the next screen to request a CaixaBank Social Commerce payment link. Never send card details via WhatsApp. For Bizum, send the full amount to +34 611 618 377. For bank transfer, use the bank details shown after confirming your order and choose an instant transfer; standard transfers are not accepted. For Bizum and bank transfers, use your order number as the payment reference. Orders remain unpaid until we confirm receipt; preparation then begins. If a supply, price or delivery issue arises, we will contact you. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed amount without your agreement; unavailable paid items will be refunded as required by law.

In store, show the basket QR to staff, review the final basket and pay by cash or the store card terminal. Email is optional; ask staff to link your customer details before payment if you want a digital receipt and purchase history.

Consumer distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, subject to statutory exceptions; see the Refund policy. Statutory conformity guarantees and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Personal data is handled under the Privacy policy. An email for an order or receipt is not consent to promotional messages. Spanish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or the competent courts established by law.
